Which States Have Starbucks City Mugs or Starbucks State Mugs

So which states have their own Starbucks Mug? Here is a list for you of the States that find themselves with their name on a Starbucks collectible mug.

In general Starbucks destination mugs are called city mugs. BUT, sometimes the names that adorn the mugs aren’t cities at all. Starbucks mugs also include names of states and even countries. I am guessing that because the state and country mugs are in the minority that they gotten lumped in with the more common “city” mugs. Hence the generic term, “Starbucks City Mug.” So, which states have their own mug. TPN the one hand the answer is an easy one, but a bit more difficult on the other. Starbucks mugs have been coming out since 1994 and between now and then there have been a dozen varieties of mug series. What I’ll do for this list to save a little time is to let you know which state mugs are available from the current series (global icon series) and then I’ll lump all the other state mugs in to the “Past Series” category.

Global Icon Series State Mugs:

Colorado, New Mexico, Florida, California, Ohio, Alaska, North Carolina, Arizona, and Hawaii.

Past Series State Mugs:

Colorado, New Mexico, Florida, California, Ohio, Alaska, Pennsylvania, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
